Please be aware that any data or transactions interacting with the KAWAI Network protocol on a public blockchain cannot be modified or deleted. By design, the blockchain makes records—such as public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and smart contract interactions—immutable and publicly verifiable globally. The "Right to be Forgotten" (e.g., under GDPR) cannot be applied to decentralized on-chain data.

3. Data We Collect

Website Interactions: When you access our website (getkawai.com) and associated frontends, we may collect basic technical data like IP addresses, browser types, and usage data to ensure security, prevent DDoS attacks, and improve user experience.
Voluntary Information: If you voluntarily connect an email address, GitHub profile, or join our waitlists/newsletters, we collect that specific information. This is optional and separate from the core decentralized compute network.
No Hidden Tracking: We do not track or store the contents of your decentralized AI compute workloads or private inputs directly on our central servers. All communication between AI users and Contributors is designed to be end-to-end encrypted locally.

As stipulated in our Terms of Service, we do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will actively delete that information from our off-chain servers immediately.
